RTD2 has the capability to emulate selected messages provided by GPS receivers. This allows the user to replace the actual GPS receiver and virtually fly, drive, or dive and test the other onboard systems that rely on the GPS receiver for position, navigation and timing information.

T09 – GPS Background Navigation
T14 – GPS Foreground Navigation Data
T15 – Time Mark Output 1
T17 – Hybrid Covariance Data
